About Delma

Delma joined Tupicoffs in 2019 and has been a financial planner for over 20 years. She is a long-standing and active member of the Financial Planning Association of Australia (FAAA).

Prior to joining Tupicoffs, Delma ran her own financial planning practice, with a strong focus on helping clients align their financial decisions with their life goals. She believes that good financial advice is about more than numbers, it's about supporting clients to make meaningful, value-based choices for the long and short term.

Delma works closely with her clients to help them achieve both their financial and lifestyle goals.

Delma is a Life Member of the FAAA and a recipient of their Distinguished Service Award.

Delma has been actively involved with the FAAA both locally and nationally since 1999, including six years as a Board Member. She is widely respected in the profession and has contributed her expertise through numerous media appearances and financial education roles.

She was the host of Talking Finance on 612 Brisbane Evenings and has been featured by the Courier Mail, Sunday Mail, and Money magazine. Her work has also been referenced in books such as All About the Money Honey by Julianne Dowling and Separated by Work by Kirsty O’Callaghan.

Delma’s Financial Advice Philosophy

“The most important part of financial planning is making sure I understand the individual needs and objectives of my clients. For me, it’s all about you. I love nothing more than helping you to achieve your goals and gain a better understanding of your financial situation.”

“I am a firm believer that knowledge is power. Being able to simplify the complex so my clients fully understand their financial strategy is very important to me.”

“I enjoy being a trusted adviser to my clients so they can use me as a sounding board for their decisions. Being an independent financial planner allows my clients to know that I put their interests first, so I can make a meaningful, positive difference in their lives.”
